Opened in January 2023, the nearly $170 million state-of-the-art facility provides oint, best-practice training for the Chicago Police and Fire Departments,and Office of Emergency Management & Communications.  The complex also includes a Boys & a Girls Club, two restaurants, and a public plaza with public art.
